1985.

The DDA negotiated the plan and design of the building, the ROW exchange for North Milford Road, added parking and expanded the Heritage Wheel Garden.

1985:  idened the sidewalks, added street trees and beds, removed diagonal parking.  the initial work was designed and implemented by a volunteer effort led by Phil Magaluk, Sue Happel, Denise Tyler and designed by John Grissim
