In addition to the DDA commissioning plans for public projects and downtown urban design as a whole, we’ve assisted private property owners with architectural services to help influence private development in the District. Maintaining traditional adherence to scale, massing, architectural details and composition, the goal is to enhance individual tastes and style while coordinating new design within the context of the community. The DDA provides conceptual design renderings for catalytic properties in concert with the property owners.
